•        Financial information: billing address, bank   account   numbers;   credit   card    numbers; debit card numbers, cardholder or account holder name and details.

6.        Age Limitations. We do not direct our Website or Services to children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete it, unless we are legally obligated to retain such data. •        In the event that we sell or transfer all or any relevant portion of our business or assets including in the event of a reorganization, dissolution or liquidation, the information is transferred automatically to the new owner;  

•        If we engage a third-party Processor to Process your Personal  Data, the Processor will be subject to binding contractual obligations to: (i)  only Process the Personal Data in  accordance with our prior written  instructions; and  (ii)  use  measures  to  protect  the  confidentiality  and  security  of the  Personal  Data;  together with  any additional requirements  under applicable  law.

9.        International transfer of Personal Data.  Because of the international nature of our business, we need transfer your Personal Data to our servers in the United States and to third parties as noted above in connection with the purposes for which you provided it to us and as set forth in this Privacy Policy.  For this reason, we transfer your Personal Data to other countries that may have different laws and data protection compliance requirements, including data protection laws which are of a lower standard to those that apply in the country in which you are located or are a citizen.

While we are dedicated to securing our systems and services, you are responsible for securing and maintaining the privacy of your password(s) and account/profile registration information and verifying that the personal data we maintain about you is accurate and current. We are not responsible for protecting any personal data that we share with a third-party based on an account connection that you have authorized. • Personal Data that we Process is accurate and kept up to date as necessary; and

• Personal Data that we Process which is inaccurate and not necessary to retain is timely

   destroyed and expunged

12.        Data Minimization and Retention.  We take reasonable steps designed to ensure that Personal Data in our systems is limited to that which is reasonably required to be retained in connection with our business purposes including those set out in this Privacy Policy. We may also choose to anonymize certain information you provide to us so that it can no longer be attributed to you if we would like to retain it for longer periods of time.

In particular, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States where many of our central databases operate. 14.        California Resident Rights.  California residents have the right to receive, once a year, information about third parties with whom we have shared information about you or your family for their marketing purposes during the previous calendar year, and a description of the categories of personal information shared.  In addition California residents have the right to know if we respond to do not track signals or cookies.  We do not respond to such signals or cookies.

        As stated in this Policy, you have agreed to allow us to share information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes until you remove your information; and thus, you have agreed to this disclosure.  California customers may request further information about our compliance with this law by sending us an email at privacy@lcsupplement.com . Please note that we are only required to respond to one request per customer each year, and we are not required to respond to requests made by means other than through this email address.

15.        Cookies and Technology Tracking.  We use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and similar files or technologies to collect and store the information we automatically collect about your computer, device, and product usage. We use the term "cookies" in this policy to refer to cookies and all such similar technologies that collect information automatically when you are using our Website where this policy is posted. We may Process your Personal Data through cookie technology.  We use cookies on our website to enhance the experience while using the Website. Where applicable this Website uses a cookie control system allowing you on your first visit to the website to allow or disallow the use of cookies on your computer / device. The Website complies with recent European Union Member legislation requirements for Websites under such directive to obtain explicit consent from users before leaving behind or reading files such as cookies on a user's computer / device.
